Where to grow the Mycelium pieces?

I have been looking into the idea of growing the mycelium inside and I wanted to find a building close to my site where this could be done. I first tried to find out if the building next to Queens Hotel was free but couldn't find anything about it. I moved on to the building on the other side of my site 18 Osbourne Road, and found out that you can rent it in full or in part. This is perfect, the mycelium can grow right next to the site, and it is easier to manage and carry to the site.
